Last week I created a poll to help us all decide on a common meeting place. This is what we came up with as a group:
A forest clearing with soft moss covering the ground among the trees and a large crystal in the center. Nearby is a waterfall.
So when we meet each week, which will be included in the instructions below, we will first visualize this location to help us to connect in and anchor the session. This doesn't mean we have to stay there, as healing is a very personal experience and we might wish to then go off somewhere else to send and receive the healing, using whatever methods we have been taught, or which has intuitively came to us as appropriate. But something you could do is see your self laying down on the ground there if you are just receiving, as that is a peaceful place to be.
For those that don't want to have too much detail, and also who prefer something over something else, feel free to leave out the waterfall and switch between either grass, moss, or anything you want within the clearing. It would be best to keep the location similar, so having trees around, and the center item — that of a crystal — is important. The crystal could be any type, shape and size, but a large one is probably best to go with.
I grew up in New Zealand and I was around moss frequently when venturing out into the wild. I recall moss being a bit damp and the area around it somewhat wet, so I wouldn't want to lay down on it; I'm going to go with grass for my clearing. (In the past I have seen dirt, or just a brown colored surface, where we have gathered, so not grass or moss, but that was an intuitive pick up on the area, not something I created.) The vote was close, 6 for moss and 4 for grass. Like I said, some of these details are not important as we don't want too much detail!
Tomorrow we will be two days away from the Total Solar Eclipse. For most of us we will be going through, and dealing with, a lot in our lives, especially in the weeks leading up to that day. This is a great time to join in to send and receiving healing. I suggest that you spend part of the session just receiving, if you commonly just send healing and remain open while sending (which is what I do).
Through being the best we can be, which means restoring our energetic system back to a more natural state so that imbalances and blocks don't reside and impact our health, our connection to spirit, or even dormant psychic abilities, we can much more easily help others (whatever we do in life) and therefore help the world.

The purpose of these 20 minute weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, deepening on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.
Let us know if you are joining by responding here or contacting me from the Contact Us form on transients.info. The session is only 20 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal, no training is required to participate.

The setting we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of a opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.

Current Timing
The time for the session is the same each week, based around Laron's time to make things easier, which is 1 PM on a Saturday in Texas, USA (CDT). All the other times reflect this time, but this time is worked out to accommodate the greater number of people based on their geographical location.
USA: Saturday: 2 pm EDT, 12 pm MDT, 1 pm CDT, 11 am PDT
Europe: France (Paris), Switzerland, Sweden, Saturday: 8 pm
UK: England (London), Ireland (Dublin), Saturday: 7 pm
Russia: (Moscow), Saturday: 9 pm
South Africa: (Johannesburg), Saturday: 8 pm
Australia: (Sydney, AEST) Sunday: 4 am, (Perth) Sunday, 2 am
New Zealand: (Auckland) Sunday: 6 am
