Nice, I like Faun. Posted here about them before. Their best song imv is the live performance they did with my favourite artist Einar Selvik (just look a few pages back here on this thread and you'll find it).A wonderful assemblage of frisky tunes featuring unusual instruments and colorful participants...(just skip over your choice of "interlopers" in the mix)
Don't ask for it too often or you shall be given.solange nicht dieter bohlen ran kommt
Never heard of or seen them (and wish it was still that way ) but I am not really versed in the German "Volksmusikschlager"-Scene of today.I just recently discovered these young folks -- very charming and upbeat -- definitely gute Laune...an entire mix presented...watch the full mix on YT...
Okay, and now, since I have too much time on my hands on this Saturday evening, the follow-up.Back to the 'real' folk music of this region(s): I now remembered one artist/band of this kind (the bavario-austrian alpine culture folk music) that is really good and high quality. I just need to view and choose the video/song(s) for it because it is years ago that I watched it. This is QUALITY bavarian folk music then, not the 'plastic' stuff from above that is more Schlager music than Folk actually. Will keep you posted.
Guitar solo? now your speaking my language,SineraThis is for @Pucksterguy since there is a nice and long guitar solo in there. (Weit weit weg means 'far far away'):
