Yes, in America the people are often used as Guina pigs. This was an eye opening article Anaeika. Very interesting. It's sad but true.

It makes me angry. They just do what they want to us and I'll bet you those chem trails have to do with something more than weather modifications. I'd like to think not. I remember recently they started a similar test involving spraying pesticides? I think it was and where at? You guessed it San Francisco! People freaked over this and it was blocked and "supposedly" never happened which is wonderful. I'll have to look for an article on it, it really wasn't more than a couple years ago.
EDIT: ok here is an article on it from 2008. I'm not even sure if they did it but I have a feeling they at least started it but I remember specifically the people rising up against it. I don't know whatever happened. It's 4 hrs from where I live
