The house was purchased by a family when the series was airing for $61,000. It is 2,477 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths. The description made me laugh. Although we no longer have the floral wallpaper, the rest of it can be found in our house.

Although not a carbon copy of the Brady style, the house boasts 1970s décor we’d expect (wood paneling, stone fireplace, floral wallpaper, and a built-in MusiCall intercom radio...remember radios?)
Mike Brady, widower architect dad on The Brady Bunch, built the clan's home—a San Fernando Valley ranch style whose implausibly colossal interiors magically eclipsed the modest exteriors. Yet the famous façade was a virtual co-star, the first image shown after the sitcom's iconic theme song (TV interiors were recorded at a sound stage). The real life house is reportedly the second-most photographed home next to the White House, according to Douglas Elliman agent Ernie Carswell (principal of Carswell Partners), who has the listing. https://www.forbes.com/sites/keithflamer/2018/07/19/iconic-brady-bunch-house-on-sale-for-nearly-1-9-million/#10345b0d1927
