When we go on the journey of true healing, we can expect a range of changes and we need to adjust and make time for such changes. That's a good start above in terms of a list of such items we may need to address.

Letting go, rest and self-love - might be hard to achieve these healing aspects if enmeshed in the standard type of marriage. But if you are blessed to be with someone who loves you for your own accord, who will grant you the space and the wherewithal to make mistakes, to rest and to recuperate from them, then....

And to have the bigness of your high heart to let your partner do the same.
