On Dec 29, 2016 Clif published the January 2017 Webbot (aka ALTA) report. This report was significantly longer than others (~45 pgs vs typical 30ish pgs) and the length is reflective of the volume of info coming through. The title of this month's report is "Sci-Fi World" because of the number and pace of new discoveries and technologies that will be coming our way.

- increasing data supporting a mini Ice-Age from 2025 thru 2047
- occurrences of space cold plasma events where sudden local deep freezing occurs from cold plasma descending from space to the surface of the earth. These flash freezes include an instance of a plane being frozen mid-flight which also include hundreds of tons of ice frozen mid air at the same time. Also similar impact on some cities and towns that are flash frozen (pipes, etc)
- the US Dollar world will be upside down and inside out over 2017
- 2017 will be difficult for the population of India as stresses increase over the govt move to curb use of gold and silver and try to force a move to a cashless society. People resist.
- in the UK there is a theme of block wars between police and immigrant areas
- there is a major move to build logistical staging areas in positions that can more easily get to the discoveries that are coming out of Antarctica. This a 10+ yr theme. Southern AUS benefits as companies move in to set up staging areas....although in many cases these enclaves are mostly self sufficient and don't bring as much local economic benefit as originally envisioned.
- the NW coast of AUS may have a seismic event which reveals silver and other precious metals that spark a major development in supplying silver to the world
- in Canada there is discover of the "flexible metal" that plays a key role in the move to new electrics and new sources of power
- China strengthens it's relationship with Mexico and Mexico becomes a major source for the supply of silver to China

- there is a great awakening taking place in the population of the US (and elsewhere globally) the theme of which will be dominant for the next 10 yrs. As US wakes up they demand the text books used to teach history in school be replace with documents that reflect the true history, not the stories TPTB want told.
- the political system in the US becomes increasingly unglued as more and more information comes to light about the reality of things. The financial system in the US faces immense financial turmoil as bonds and derivative markets seize up.
- In addition the the US financial turmoil, by mid-January it becomes apparent there is a major media war ongoing. These wars will pit mainstream media who is trying to protect there long established position against alternative media who keep coming up with facts that undermine/disrupt the story MSM wants you to believe. In some cases MSM tries to hire alt-media talent in an attempt to restore their credibility...but that is a failed scheme.
- 2017 to 2019 is a festival of 'secrets revealed' that fundamentally alters the core ways of social order and in the way in which we view ourselves
- a new power generation mechanism comes out of central Asia in China. This new technology can power a home or small village for 10 yrs and is small enough to be transported on a sheep or goat. This has massive societal implications in making power readily available anywhere on earth.
- Russia and China forces align and make a big push towards using Bitcoin in lieu of the manipulated currencies. This drives up the value of BTC significantly (note that after the report was printed that in early Jan that BTC had pushed to over $1100USD/BTC. And then, as also forecast by the webbot report, it has fallen back to around $888. If webbot is correct it will climb back up. Longer term forecasts have BTC climbing to as much as ~$40,000USD/BTC. But with price swings as much as $5000 within a given day.
- Silver prices are also up significantly as silver demand is driven higher as it is needed for the 'new electrics' that are coming.
- Language of the 'death of religion' over 2017-2018 as the new 'discoveries' that come out of Antarctica completely undermine the religious basis that has been the foundation of religion.
