Today my lodestone food came in the mail. Funny thing is that I had forgotten that it needed to be fed, I mean who remembers they need to feed a crystal. As I was researching to share some information it dawned on me that this beauty probably hasn't been working right because she was hungry and as you can see from the above images I think someone is quite happy with me now.
I got mine from a local rockhound who gets some of the best crystals. She is awesome because she has the geology information of the stones as well as the spiritual information on small pieces of paper, so whether you are just a collector or use them for healing there are tiny references to remind you what they do.
Magnetite or Lodestone
"Known in the past as the Shaman's crystal due to its strong earth connection"
Is a highly magnetic stone which can be used for magnet therapy, working with the body's own bio magnetic field and meridians. It is so magnetic that it can balance both hemispheres of the brain and had a powerful positive-negative polarity.
It can temporarily align the chakras especially the base and earth star. It is also GREAT for grounding with Gaia.
This stone AIDS in telepathy, visualization, and meditation. Speaking of meditation it can assist in entering a deeper meditative state.
These stones are really great for manifesting what you most want whether that be for relationships or abundance.
Most important information I can give you is to make sure you feed them. They like to be fed ultra-fine iron shot (looks like black sand in a bag) and should be fed once a week when you have been working with them because the food will come off. The fun thing about the food is it makes the stone look like it has a funny hairdo.
