I'm later than I like to be with posting this week. So here we go!
What I've been up to just now is planting seeds. I'm reminded of how many things it takes a seed to grow; good soil, water, sunshine, good plantmates and lots of love. The first three are relatively easy to get as the earth provides them all, though getting all of them in abundance and good quality can be a challenge at times. For example, we don't have nearly as much of a clue what makes good soil as you might think, and different plants can have great needs of different nutrients; another reason why some plants grow best together.
Has anyone heard of the three sisters? They are corn which grows tall so that the bean can twine up its stalk and provide nitrogen for the soil that they all benefit from + broad, leafy squash that trails along the ground underneath its tall growing friends. These 3 sisters are the kind of thing I mean when I talk about good plantmates. These plants were noted to grow well together and enhance each other's growth. One of the groupings I just planted was a few sets of the 3 sisters.
In contrast, one wouldn't want to grow, say, potatoes and onions in the same area as they tend not to grow as well together and both want space underground. They are both great plants, just not in close proximity. In fact, when you bring them indoors it is best to keep them in a separate space too if you want them to last longer. Plants give off gases that enhance ripening and these two together will 'ripen' faster. That also means they rot faster if placed in the same space.
I know that I'll be sending love to all my plants every time I see and water them.
I'd like to propose that we each plant a seed, or seeds, during this session, if you like. It can be any kind of seed at all; an idea, a hope, a plan, a prayer or something more concrete. Whatever seed you plant, it will be interesting to see what it needs to grow best. It's likely it'll need that last ingredient, love, since that seems to make anything and everything grow better. And all of us pouring out a whole lotta love should make for a great session.
Please let us know if you have any special requests.
My special request is that my garden grows beautifully and gives us lots of nutritious things to eat; this year and every year.
Below is the usual introduction to our healing sessions.
For those new to these sessions, or if you simply want to me reminded on how to connect in and what methods you can use to send healing, see this article here on transients.info.
The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, deepening on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.
Let us know if you are joining by responding here or contacting through the Contact Us form on transients.info. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.
Please provide any feedback on here if you receive any and feel comfortable sharing.
The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of a opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
You can find further information about these sessions through the link, Weekend Healing, on transients.info.
