I love a good fire!
Just ask Pucksterguy who made our awesome campfires each night at camp and CrystalSong who came up with wonderful things to do each day or Alain who may have enjoyed watching the stars and especially the milky way as much as I do. I think I fell asleep each night at camp while bundled around our campfire circle, watching those mesmerizing coals until I was snoring. Or maybe I didn't snore. I'll let the other camp members answer that one
Having said that there are times when our bodies are inflamed or irritated and we could use a cool breeze, a soothing wave of cold or something similar to cool an area of hot fire. We have a few members who have some 'fires' going on just now so it seems timely to consider healing methods for cooling things down. I'll list a few here and invite everyone to add any methods they enjoy coming up with.

- imagine diving into a cool ocean and diving deep with a whale. As the sunlight above fades the water cools incrementally. Choose the depth of your dive and then come up for air when you're done.
- take yourself far north or south where the polar bears or penguins live. Imagine placing your inflamed body part on a piece of nice, cool ice. Don't forget to put a piece of clothing between your skin and the ice. You don't want to get 'freezer burn' so find just the right temperature for what you need.
- call your friendly neighborhood alicorns and ask them if it's okay to stand in their midst while they flap their wings at your sore spot to cool things down. According to lore, a unicorn horn has it's own healing power; an alicorn adds wings to this awesome setup.
- take a walk through a forest full of dripping trees and moss. Settle down in the bole of a tree, covering yourself if cool leaves and place some dripping moss on whatever part of you needs some love and attention. You can drink this water too, letting it seep through you and cool your insides.
- take flight with your favorite bird, griffin, dragon or other flying being. As you rise up the temperature will drop, you'll feel light as a feather and the cool wind can soothe your inflammation.

About these Sessions
For those new to these sessions, or if you simply want to be reminded on how to connect in and what methods you can use to send healing, see this article here.
The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, depending on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.
Let us know if you are joining by responding below or or contacting us through the Contact Forum Admin link here. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.
Please provide any feedback on here if you receive any and feel comfortable sharing.
The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of an opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
You can find further information about these sessions through the link, Remote Group Healing, via the INFO link in the menu here on The Roundtable.
