Back again with a follow up to "the flow" from last week. It was a very 'flowing' week for me, which I appreciated it. There were many adjustments to things, so it's not that things weren't happening. It was more that I felt in the flow and felt things responded in kind

So, the follow-up I envisioned to "the flow" was "balance"; putting these two together creates what feels like a type of 'everyday magic' to me, i.e.magic which I can create anytime, as long as I get into the right place within myself. Pretty darn handy, that!
So, once again, join in the "balance" or don't, your choice. If you do want to give it a whirl, I'd describe it something like this:
Clear, ground and set your intention to join the group, as usual.
Then, allow "the flow" to flow through you like water or wind or sparkly stars from the Milky Way or whatever suits you. Once you're there, building on last week's practice, imagine yourself balancing what's coming in from above with what's coming in from below. I did this exercise for a long time, focused on what was coming in from above until one day I realized there's got to be something coming in from below too. Sure enough, there was a wallop coming in from there. I just hadn't noticed it enough to invite it in. Once I did "Kapow!" things notched up a level and I was instantly figuring out how to balance it all. Of course, I was on my bike when I did this, so there was that 'no-hands' balance to manage too. I think that may have helped point out that if I could do one the other was just as easy. And it was.
So, balance: where is it showing up in your life? Where would you like it to show up?
I don't know about you, but immediately a whole slew of things show up for me when I ask these questions
I am just laughing as I'd set this intention for this week when I wrote up last week's session and, sure enough, balance is showing up all over my life. Somebody up there has a great sense of humor and timing. It's in my body, my decisions + results of my actions, my family, my work and surrounding everywhere. It feels like I'm oozing balance. And, yes, it has been far easier to balance on my bike too. Not that it was difficult before; just easier to relax into which feels amazing. And, as one of my favorite authors, Ted Andrews notes (when talking about the bird 'flicker' which is a type of woodpecker who spends a lot of time on the ground and who has two toes in front and two toes on the back on its feet which make it able to balance on the sides of trees and balance on them very well)
Anytime there is balance, there is greater health
So, go for it.

The time for the session is the same each week based on 8am Sunday, New Zealand time, unless there is a daylight saving change in you area (if so, just go by 8am Auckland, New Zealand time). This time is calculated to make the sessions accessible to as many as possible.
USA: Saturday: 2 pm EDT, 12 PM MDT, 1 pm CDT, 11 am PDT
Europe: France (Paris), Switzerland, Sweden, Saturday: 7 pm
UK: England (London), Ireland (Dublin), Saturday: 6 pm

The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, depending on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.
Let us know if you are joining by responding below or or contacting us through the Contact Forum Admin link here. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.

The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of an opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
