Reverse Image Search Websites & Copyright Online

Reverse image search engines are extremely helpful to locate images online, especially if you want to use one, as after all, everything is copyrighted unless otherwise specified. If you can find the original source image, and therefore the licence applied to it, such as through using a reverse image search engine, then you are able to use that image.

It’s really important to respect the copyright of those that create online, whether its images, including artwork and photographs, or videos and text.

YouTube has some interesting rules around embedding videos for example, but if the uploader has turned on the embed option, that indicates that they are allowing their work to be shared by anyone, so that is copyright permission.
