I never saw anyone with Google glasses or heard any first hand stories about them. Those glasses seemed to fizzle out.
So Snapchat, which has changed its name to Snap, Inc., is bringing out glasses that record in 10 second bursts and up to 30 seconds at a time. The glasses will have an external glow so it will be evident when they are being used. It seems as though they will be like Go-Pro in glasses. I can see how it could be fun, but it still puts a screen between you and the experience. I'm not willing to shell out $130 for a new toy, either.
