Lots of questions flying around from friends in small companies with over 100 employees. Most either have already had the bug and/or are opposed to an experimental drug forced into their bodies. There is a lot on the line here because if people do not get the vax, then they are subject to weekly testing, and the cost of those tests will add up quickly. The time and costs of managing this aspect of employment is one more unfunded mandate on small businesses doing their best to stay afloat.

The efficacy of natural immunity is ignored in this mandate - although it is clear in every other viral case that natural immunity is superior. Zero consideration given here. The other aspect is the circular argument being made about danger to the vexed, which should not be a consideration if the vax works. Rather than answer the question, the statement is just repeated.

The Resident gives another crazy speech, in which he threatens to get uncooperative state leaders "out of the way". I take that as a serious threat against our governor. This edict has raised the insanity up a few hundred notches. They are attempting an end-run by trying for an OSHA rule requiring the vax. Looking forward to the briefs filed with the Supreme Court over the ability of the federal government to interfere with state rules and regulations.

Now on the next level assault - the unvaxed are causing the mutation of the virus into the variants, which apparently are not affected by the vaccine. We saw this with the flu vaccines, which were highly ineffective because the seasonal flu had mutated before the vaccine could get to market.

The following video is a discussion about this question of how the variants are coming to be. Conclusions from the CDC and others is that of course it is the unvaxed. However, as discussed in the video, this conclusion flies in the face of actual CDC data, as well as that coming from Israel, which is the most vaxed country in the world. It is a very interesting talk, and you will need to concentrate on this one.

Little update on the vaccine mandate -

The union representing the postal workers (just south of 650,000 people) has secured an exemption from the federal mandate. The postal service operates with the public on a daily basis. My little neighborhood post office is busy whenever I go by. Here is another tidbit

In response to the new protocols, American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) President Everett Kelley acknowledged the importance of vaccinations to protect workers. Yet he said employees “deserve a voice” in such decisions.​

“We expect to bargain over this change prior to implementation, and we urge everyone who is able to get vaccinated as soon as they can do so,” he wrote.​

In a recent update, now it appears these employees while exempt from the federal mandate will be subject to the OSHA rule, which has not yet been written.

"We are going to protect vaccinated workers from unvaccinated co-workers," Biden said. "This is not about freedom or personal choice. It's about protecting those around you."​

The rule has not been written, but Biden explained the rule will be created and enforced by the Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Any private business with more than 100 employees will be required to have a vaccine mandate or face weekly COVID tests. ​

OK, here comes the interesting part - how does OSHA make a rule! Regular rules go through a committee process and then the rule is published in the Federal Register where people have 60 days to respond. They could go with a temporary rule due to extreme circumstances,

Under certain limited conditions, OSHA is authorized to set emergency temporary standards that take effect immediately and are in effect until superseded by a permanent standard. OSHA must determine that workers are in grave danger due to exposure to toxic substances or agents determined to be toxic or physically harmful or to new hazards and that an emergency standard is needed to protect them. Then, OSHA publishes the emergency temporary standard in the Federal Register, where it also serves as a proposed permanent standard. It is then subject to the usual procedure for adopting a permanent standard except that a final ruling should be made within six months. The validity of an emergency temporary standard may be challenged in an appropriate U.S. Court of Appeals.​

So, what is the uptake? While the Resident attempted an end-run around a federal mandate on private business by going through OSHA, their mandated process will take time and includes relief through the court system.

Is this another case of look here and not there? Is there something out there that may attract the public's attention? Is there damning info coming out in the Maricopa, Arizona audit? Is there evidence of Fauci's lying in those FOIA (freedom of information act) papers?

Just like the Resident's previous ideas of sending people door-to-door, which fizzled out, this one may as well. I'll be watching, as this particular mandate affects my family and me directly.

Also, I've had a couple of dreams about the Resident trying to get me to say what he wants, but I escaped each time.

same experience here in Belgium. Our minister of Health also said basically the same words. the Vaxxed and people that can't be vaxxed need to be protected from the unvaxed. Mandation was not possible so taking away liberties and making life hard for the unvaxxed is a logical and completely normal way.

This is part of the info described in the video above. Leaders spout their agenda, but a really simple analysis of the data shows just the opposite. Sadly, math is one of the subjects that has been dumbed down in our schools.

Here is another take on how the vaccine and lockdown failures are being blamed on the un-vaxed. The data from Israel, which is on its fourth booster shot tells it all, but no one appears to be able to see it.

I'm posting this info because it will helpful for us to see the format of the war on the unvaxed so we are better armed to make clear and concise replies, if needed.

Policymakers within the Biden Administration have clearly seen the COVID-19 data out of Israel, the first country that went all in on population-wide mRNA shots. It shows that mRNA injection efficacy is waning, which is why Israel went full steam ahead with the 3rd booster shot. Instead of owning up to the reality that we cannot eliminate a submicroscopic infectious particle from existence, and perhaps admitting that government officials wildly oversold an innovative “cure” to the disease, they’re continuing with the dictatorial insanity.​

With respiratory season just around the corner, the “unvaccinated” are going to be scapegoated for when our government has once again failed to achieve the impossible task of stopping an endemic virus from circulating among a massive population.​

At first, they took a somewhat more diplomatic approach, blaming the “Delta variant” for their failures to deliver. But now, they’ve shifted their wrath onto fellow Americans, specifically, the 25% of “unvaccinated” individuals in America who refuse to submit to the “health” demands of the regime. None of it makes scientific sense, but it doesn’t have to, because it’s no longer about health or science, but in protecting the reputation of the White House.​

The Biden Administration is losing its unwinnable “War on COVID,” and as its ratings go down in flames, it has backed itself into a corner. Instead of being honest about their failures with the American people, Biden officials are choosing to triple and quadruple down on these broken policy measures. Some employers will not require the vax. They are looking for legal remedies.

The vax still does not have full FDA approval. The Aug 23, 2021 FDA memo does not use the phrase "full approval" anywhere. The vax is still under EUA ONLY. SOURCE:
