"Filmmaker Penelope Jagessar Chaffer was curious about the chemicals she was exposed to while pregnant: Could they affect her unborn child? So she asked scientist Tyrone Hayes to brief her on one he studied closely: atrazine, a herbicide used on corn. (Hayes, an expert on amphibians, is a critic of atrazine, which displays a disturbing effect on frog development.) Onstage together at TEDWomen, Hayes and Chaffer tell their story."

I thought the mention of Oroville Dam in the article was quite interesting as one of Clif's Webbot temporal markers. I seem to recall mention of "atmospheric rivers" too...and that language seems to be increasing as well. Here's a vid from MrMBB333, who has one of the sites I regularly check for information:

I have been following the Oroville Dam situation too for the same reason Stargazer (Clif mentions movements/evacuation of people). It would be wise to monitor the radiation situation at Fukushima in Japan as well I believe because one of the effects there (besides the poisoning of the ocean, radiation related illnesses, etc.) could be serious migrations -you are making now think about potential weather related impacts.

I've often wondered if Clif's forecasts were always accurate--and that the events foreseen were merely stretched out over a longer period than he had anticipated. I still recall him saying something to the effect that people would be looking up in awe at the skies--and that soldiers in the field would suddenly drop their weapons where they stood and return home. Sounds a bit like "The Event" to me. And based upon the delayed manifestation observed with much of his other data, perhaps that occurrence is now just around the corner!

Well my dear Stargazer, let me put it to you the way life has showed me something from hitting me in face from time to time (boy, and it sure was a painful experience at times). Many times we when we collect raw data we are doing the easy portion. The difficult part is the interpretation. But why is that so I asked myself many times? Well, because we are not a pure filter. Data passes trough us, humans, before we reach a conclusion from the data collected it must pass us, our wishes, desires, likes and dislikes, flaws, etc. So often times we take the raw data and we reach conclusions that fit our predispositions.

For example in one of the arenas I work at, lets us say I read the astrological chart of somebody I like a lot and I see clear indications of a sudden demise. The raw data come thru me (the filter) and I may conclude that the subject will not leave this plane but once the event takes place and the person leaves this plane realization comes and one realizes that it was so clear that a student of Astrology with little experience would have concluded that the data gave clear signs of the person leaving the plane and my filters due to my attachments didn't accept what was plainly obvious .

That is why I believe Clif's forecasts fail at times, or are delayed, etc. If we analyze him first, understand his likes, dislikes, desires, etc. -study the filter first- we may get better interpretations of the raw data. I'm sure if we give the same raw data collected by him to 2 different individuals, the conclusions will in my opinion not be the same (actually I would give it to minimum 3 individuals).

Excellent points, Carl! Everything is clearly up to interpretation...and I wonder how much our own consciousness fits in with the overall picture too. Perhaps we see some data, inject our own emotions and feelings into it, and experience what's given in an entirely new way--depending upon our own perspective. For example, I wonder if we can't delay things ourselves sometimes--simply by intending for it to be so.

Personally, I love Clif's work...and I'm pretty sure much of what he has forecast will eventually come to fruition. In fact, I may have to revisit some of his older forecasts from 2012-2013 to see how many of those conditions now seem to be "in play" again. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see quite a few.
