Occasionally, it is actually delusional, as when it refers to consolidating “gains we have made in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and elsewhere.”

The Last Straw - plastic straws in the ocean.
There was a phrase that really stood out .... and the fact that the straw will outlive them.

Time Crystals
This is a good article - it took me a little time to digest it at my elementary science level. However, I think the biggest idea to come from this is that there might be other forms of matter that are not like the matter we know now, and it might lead to new insights and discoveries. I just love it when I hear people say - maybe we don't know everything.
