Monday, solstice day, feels like a big one for me. I'd like to do something a big special for this. We are all very remote from one another which makes certain differences in the types of interactions that we would probably do were we together in person. Were we together we would have sound. We would talk, rustle our clothes as we settled in for a session, we would hear each other's breathing + sighing + little movements; conscious or not. We miss having that when we work together remotely and yet sound is such a grand, graceful healing tool.
So, in honor of the big 2020 winter/summer solstice (depending on your hemisphere on our earth) I would like to invite you all to use some form of sound in our healing session. The easiest one that comes to mind is perhaps a humming of a nice long o-o-o-o--o-o-h-m! It's very likely I'll choose that one as I really love to feel that one resonate through my system and love to play with different ways to make that sound while meditating. I could choose any other mantra too; and I might as I never know where things'll go until I sit down to my session. Percussion of any kind is another easily accessible way to make sound that can resonate beautifully. I may take out my bowl, my bells or my drum. Putting on background music would be another way to add a soundscape to our session; something meditative perhaps. I may just open the window and listen to the birds, the breeze, the wind, the rain, the whatever-is-out-there. Whatever I do hear (and I'm sure there'll be plenty) I plan to acknowledge it and bring it in for a good look to see how I can, perhaps, incorporate it into my healing session. Mostly, though, I'll be looking for a repetitive, soothing sound as I find these work best.
If the sounds I hear make my feet want to dance I know June and Linda will be joining in. Sinera will likely come up with something wild and wonderful. Pucksterguy loves his bands so I can imagine him bringing in some old grooving tune. Tania has a penchant for making beautiful sounds in so many ways. I wonder what she'll bring. And achilleskour, please feel free to join in and surprise us. We may even catch a snippet of each other's soundscape. Now wouldn't that be special!

Additional Info
We especially welcome new Roundtable members to our sessions. This week's star cast of new members includes achilleskour. I hope you you check in and perhaps join in with us. No experience or 'special abilities' required. A sense of wonder and fun recommended.
If the exact time in your area does not work for you, then just join when you can. Many of us have no problems connecting a few hours earlier or later but find somewhere in a 24-hour window works best. Some people have even set the intention to join in dream time.
Instructions are posted below. Let us know if you have any questions and welcome.

About these Sessions
For those new to these sessions, or if you simply want to be reminded on how to connect in and what methods you can use to send healing, see this article here.
The purpose of these weekly sessions is to send healing to each participant, which can be accomplished by focusing on individuals or the group, depending on what methods you chose to use. You are always free to set secondary intentions around focusing on world events that may need some helping energy — on other levels our group also works in a multi-dimensional sense. Sometimes we get healing requests within the replies here, so do check back here just before the sessions begins.
Let us know if you are joining by responding below or or contacting us through the Contact Forum Admin link here. The session is 20-30 minutes and you can send, and or receive healing; it is up to you. Anyone can heal. No training is required to participate.
Please provide any feedback on here if you receive any and feel comfortable sharing.
The place we have chosen to visualize when first connecting in, and to anchor that connection, is a forest clearing. Think of an opening inside a forest where there is a large crystal in the center that we gather around. The ground could have moss or grass, perhaps even dirt or another surface that appears to you. There may be the sound of a waterfall nearby which could result in a river that you could see, or not. You could start off here and then go off to another place of your choosing to send and/or receive healing. Some people find themselves being taken on a journey where they are shown other things during a session, but we all experience this in our own unique ways.
You can find further information about these sessions through the link, Remote Group Healing, via the INFO link in the menu here on The Roundtable.
