What a great idea!
Now, instead of an easy to crack open eggshell you can deal with:
- several layers of interlocking packaging that don't easily come apart
- finding your scissors or other tools to open the packaging
- the mess when it drips out of the packaging in unexpected ways
- disposing of each piece of the packaging in their various categories of recycling/garbage
- looks of horror or excitement or whatever from anybody watching all this
- immediate health effects from the egg going 'off' more rapidly since it's no longer protected in it's shell
- longer health effects from the plastics now encasing the egg
- a laugh at the messages on the packaging (including "obvious plant" in the lower right corner)
- finding someplace to store this 'shelless egg' in your fridge until you are ready to 'just heat + serve' without it rolling/falling out since its shape is odd
