I had a period when I first 'woke up' around 2009 or so when I did not want to use any swear words anymore, positive thinking and all that stuff, etc.
Thankfully I am fucking over it. Sometimes e.g. when you accidentally bang your head on a shitty darn cupboard like I did lately or whatever bullshit happens then it is the best thing to do to get some catharsis, let steam off, you suffered aggression, so let the energy out or down like you are a lightning conductor - and let it fucking go.

Hahaha Sinera, I love your thinking. The fact we are awakening doesn’t mean we have to be choir boys n girls. Some of the most awake people I've come across, call them teachers, if you like, do swear on occasion. Swearing all the time is lame, but occasionally, it is definately a release of pent up energy, imv of course

Can you imagine me as a little 5-year old atop an orange "space hopper" circa 1965. It had little horn-like protrusions to hold on to. I used it to jump over "horse jumps" that I constructed, and then bounced over. I actually got to bounce quite high. Blood and torn skin were quite possible when attempting the "water course jump" or "double brush hurdle".
