I work in a shop, and the selling of Christmas baubles and such has been very strong, as ever. I secretly say "I wish this is the last Christmas". I would still be thought to be bonkers or off the pulse, for wishing that. That's why I think it has to be a sudden change, because right now "the old normal" still feels like it's running on tracks (although I agree things can run off the tracks and still feel like they're on it for a while). I still feel vulnerable in public with all the closed vision, though I let my light shine, don't worry about that. I like the idea of Denise Le Fay's blue violet plasma fire, because that would burn off the dross of dullness, confusion, and dead weight leaving clarity in its wake.
You're doing very important work, Alain, as we all are.

At work season products worked less and less. Now out of 6 labels from the top there is 1 left and the one wasn t even sold to clients. So fits a bit it seems.
I wish the over-commercialization of Christmas would stop. The over-commercialization tries to redirect people to the material aspect and they totally forget the spiritual aspect of life. There are many things trying to distract from the long-term spiritual and self-healing issues we need to address.
You're right, it is the commercialization I meant. It seems to be nothing but hype and commercialization. I sicken when I see the selling of what is really the building blocks of phoney families. Let's face it, probably Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas are times when a lot of recrimination and retribution goes on in families. I suppose what some people hold protected in their hearts is not for the world to see, and their hearts nourish a seed in there. From that perspective, I LOVE Christmas.
Many years ago (1982/83) a psychic lady in New Zealand channelled a written letter for me, in which was stated that Saint Nicholas was my guide. I was given the name Nicola at birth (being the second twin in the time before ultrasounds, they didn't have a name picked out for me). If the origins of the Saint Nicholas story are good King Wenceslaus, I can relate to that (the Duke of Bohemia in the mid 900's in Prague). He was never really a King, but his status was elevated to that after his death. He basically gave alms to the poor in bad wintery conditions, but he ended up being murdered by a cruel brother, showing that polarity is always at work! It was interesting to receive this letter (the typing went right to the edges of the page, since she was in trance, and it was before computers). I kept it for many years, but then, in a burst of doubt, I chucked it out. Light always wavers before it grows strong.

When I see the commercial stuff I smile now and think how happy I am to have passed on my own way of celebrating Christmas and other holidays to my family and friends.
Having that glaring, loud stuff has made it so much clearer that this is not what we are looking for. And it makes for some funny discussion.

I have the same shivers in my spine when I get a confirmation of something. Nice to hear someone else has it too.
Healthwise I have a cold, teeth hurt, flu symtoms, low on energy,... Reading this and asking if it was due to an energy shift I got the shivers for a long time so very much YES.
Now the advice of my spirit animals to sleep in my burrow (which I get for the last month) makes a lot of sense
. Even yesterday, in the bear medicine sweath lodge, bear told me to sleep.
Bert I've been taking probiotic drinks every day and it helps my energy. I'm also learning to make my own probiotic drinks with "kefir grains". It's much cheaper to make it. I started my first quart yesterday. It takes 24-48 hours to make it, then you flavor it as you like. It's super easy to make. It's just like making kombucha but kombucha is based on tea leaves which has a low, acidic pH which my stomach cannot handle. So on youtube do a search for "make your own kombucha".
We are assaulted every day with chemicals in our food like glyphosate, which kills the gut bacteria which is critical for good health. So you have to drink the probiotics every day. There is no evidence the dry pill form of probiotics works. These bacteria cannot live when they are dried.
Also stop drinking caffeine. It can have the reverse effect over the long term and make you feel more tired and drained.

Thank you Linda and Bert. It is helpful to hear others symptoms when the energies ramp up. It helps me to rally my strength.... I have been feeling chilled to the bone for a week, have a mysterious/endless cough, and can't seem to get enough sleep. Also feeling a bit of the blues, which I have had trouble shaking off.
My heart tells me it is Ascension symptoms, but it is nice to compare notes with others sometimes.
my cough is surely related to the working conditions but why i feel so cold when i used to feel warmjer a time ago, must be liated, i didn t really changed my healthy side to less healty

It usually takes me a bit to figure out when the blues are mine or those of the world at large. In either case, self-care is important. Even if we eat the best food available, we still are missing some nutrients, which is why I use tinctures, teas, essential oils, and Donna Eden's morning routine to balance myself.
I like ashwagandha and astragalus tinctures for immune support and Hawthorn for the heart.
Essential oils are helpful but vary from person to person. For me, frankincense is fabulous but a good friend does not like it. One thing that most everyone around me agrees on is that citrus is uplifting. So, I have a citrus blend going in the diffuser most days. *** Take care with essential oils around pets. Being in a small closed room with a diffuser is not a good practice. Mainly, the idea is that your pet can get away from it if they wish. Also, if you place a citrus essential oil on your body, then it needs to be in a covered place because the sun's interaction may cause burns or discoloration of the skin.
Teas are helpful for me, and several people around me are picking up the habit of an afternoon cup. I have a green-jasmine blend in the morning and a tulsi blend in the afternoon and sometimes evening. The tulsi blends include holy basil and other items such as turmeric, ginger, rose, etc. I find my hand goes to the ones I need when I'm shopping.
Also, I've been gravitating to soup - it really is all I want to eat now - comfort, warmth, nutrition.
In summer it's BBQ in winter it's soups, stews and tomato sauce. I'm playing with braising now.
Please spare me a thought as you all shiver in your undies. We have endured continuous days of 37-38-39-40-41 degrees Celsius here in sunny old Perth.

I have recently been introduced to a tea simply called 'minerals' tea which was made to replenish minerals. I find it does. For example, I do not have leg cramps when I am drinking it every morning. When I didn't take if while traveling, the cramps started to return and abated after I restarted.
This is another indication, like in the comments above, that many of us are depleted of some basics. Somebody wise formulated a tea for this

As for remedies: lots of camomile and sage thee with honey, eating nuts,...
A good source for minirals are stingy netels. you can make thee from them or use it in food (mix it under the mash potatoes or in soup)

My hand went to nettle tea in the grocery store a few weeks ago - did not know why - just that I needed it at the time.
Good suggestions everyone. You have me craving soup! The minerals tea really resonates with me, as do the nettles. I will find some.
As I mentioned the other day, I have been feeling a bit down for no particular reason. Might be related to what Blossom said in her latest post. Not entirely sure. So... I stated before bedtime last night that I would like to get my vibe back in the higher ranges, and asked for guidance on the best way to get that done. I had a very strong dream that showed me blue snowflake obsidian, ashwagandha, and zinc. I was also shown that I am clearing out the root chakra. Thank you Team!

I like Allison's videos. She hasn't posted much about her QHHT sessions though.
As for food, I make a good chili, and my wife makes a good baked beans with bacon and molasses. Things that make me go "Mmm".
Allison Coe must have shapeshifted into another person. I remember her looking quite different. Intra-life reincarnation?
